Overview The Office of Enrollment Management seeks a detail-oriented and technically proficient individual to serve as an Enrollment Systems Data Assistant. This part-time position plays a critical operational role in maintaining data integrity, processing daily imports, and resolving system errors across our core enrollment technology platforms — including Salesforce Education Cloud, Recruit CRM, Ellucian Banner, and Xtender. Enrollment management is a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment in which the accuracy and reliability of student data directly affect application completion timelines, reporting quality, and the effectiveness of outreach to prospective students. Responsibilities: Data Management & Integrity: - Conduct routine review and resolution of duplicate records within Salesforce Education Cloud and Recruit CRM to ensure a single, accurate profile is maintained for each student - Investigate and resolve daily data discrepancies, including matching orphaned test scores to prospective student records, auditing records for missing high school information, and addressing Prospect Import errors - Clean and audit Shamrock import data to ensure consistency and accuracy acro...
