About the Role Our Talent team at Sigma is looking for an experienced and passionate GTM Recruiter to oversee our sales recruitment as our GTM function continues to expand globally. As a key member of the Talent team, you will partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top sales talent, with a strong focus on roles such as Commercial Account Executives (CAE) and Regional Sales Managers (RSM). This role plays a critical part in supporting company growth by building strong candidate pipelines and delivering a seamless recruiting experience.
