The Legal Counsel will work with the RCG Preconstruction Director and preconstruction and commercial teams within the regional businesses to provide advice on all legal and contractual matters affecting the Group. - The Group Legal Counsel [GLC] will assist and advise on legal and contractual matters during preconstruction including input to GW2 through to GW4. - The GLC will review the draft contracts and prepare contract risk...
