About you: As General Manager, you will o versee and manage all aspects of a commercial building portfolio, including operations, financial activities and construction and project management. In collaboration with property management and our client, the General Manager’s goal is to enhance long-term asset value through proactive and innovative management. Responsibilities include capital planning and project management, technical advisory services, assessing building operations, ensuring repair and maintenance programs are effective and actively managing operations staff development.
