Oversee work on behalf of the client, covering all aspects of BAU system support, project analysis, launches and conversion implementations. The role provides strategic direction, delivery leadership, and subject‑matter expertise across high‑value or high‑risk engagements, while also contributing to the development of team capability, delivery excellence, and commercial growth.
