Senior Staff Accountant (ONSITE) Job Summary: The Senior Staff Accountant supports and oversees day‑to‑day accounting operations using a cloud‑based ERP system. This role is responsible for general ledger management, financial reporting, month‑end close, and mentoring junior accounting staff. The ideal candidate has strong GAAP knowledge, ERP experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Please note that this position is performed ONSITE (8480 Honeycut Road/Executive Office Suites, Raleigh, NC). Key Responsibilities: - Prepare, review, and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments - Lead month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes - Maintain and reconcile general ledger, bank accounts, accruals, and prepaids - Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets - Prepare internal and external financial statements and management reports - Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and audit requirements - Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis - Develop and improve accounting procedures and ERP processes - Train, mentor, and review work of Staff and Junior Accountants - Serve as escalation point for complex...
