Description JOB TITLE: Rossville Housing Manager: ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT: Housing Department: SUPERVISOR: Affordable Rent Manager/Elder: FLSA: NON-Exempt: Salary: $35,568 - $40,000: **ALL FULL TIME POSITIONS: In addition to your pay, your salary also includes Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. The Biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.00 for Employee Only, $95.00 Employee plus Children, $120.00 Employee plus Spouse, and $140.00 Employee plus family. ** JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for management of the Regional Housing Department Office, evaluating regional housing needs and overseeing all rehabilitation projects, per NAHASDA, HUD, Citizen Potawatomi Nation (CPN) Housing Department policies and procedures, and management of the Regional Housing Department Office, including but not limited to moderate maintenance and tenant counseling.
