Job DetailsJob Location: Checotah - Checotah, OK 74426Position Type: Full-Time/Part-TimeChecotah Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a CMA! PTO and Benefits available for Full Time employees. Responsibilities: Assist licensed staff in administering non-parental medication, including controlled substances. Administer treatments as prescribed by physicians in accordance with facility policies. Function as a nursing assistant when instructed to do so by the Director of Nursing and/or Nurse Manager. Complete administrative work as required. Maintain knowledge of equipment set-up, maintenance, and use. Report observations to licensed personnel. Maintain resident care supplies, equipment, and environment. Maintain general knowledge of the effects and side effects of drugs commonly used and those they are permitted to administer and principles, procedures and practices regarding drug administration. Sign for all oral and topical medications she/he has administered.
