Manager Manufacturing Department: Manufacturing: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Gainesville, FL: Reporting To: Sr Director Operations and Engineering Description: Inspire, Lead, and Deliver excellence in the machining and finishing manufacturing operation. Key Responsibilities: - Overall responsibility for the Machining and Finishing manufacturing operations for implant products to include planning, monitoring/measuring and reporting of processes to ensure production, quality and delivery goals and objectives are met. - Develop, communicate, implement, measure and meet Quarterly and Annual Production goals and objectives. - Understand and ensure Quality system policies are applied in all Production operations. - Develop and maintain accurate routings, production lot history records, SOP’s, and work instructions. - Develop and maintain accurate production labor and equipment capacity standards for each product line, identify and implement process improvements related to quality and cost reduction opportunities. - Recommend/justify capital equipment expenditures. - Maintain and provide appropriate storage for tooling, fixturing, equipment and raw material inventories. - Develo...
