Job Details: Maintenance 3rd Shift Weekend Description: This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Functions: · To Maintain and promote the Tyson Safety culture. · Receive Training as required. · Perform various duties as required/assigned. · Perform preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs. · Train Maintenance techs on equipment. · Order parts as need and follow-up on parts order with outstanding PO's. · Fill in for absenteeism or assisting in other areas of plant. Tasks: General Maintenance positions are responsible for keeping machinery running to maintain continuous production. Must be willing to set up, adjust and break down production line machinery. Must be willing to learn Tyson SAP software to make work orders and fill out the daily documentation that is required in the system. Must have good verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate with other Team Members, producers, USDA personnel and drivers.
