As Resource Planning Lead, you will work in close partnership with senior leaders across the business, helping to shape how Royal London plans, analyses and deploys its workforce. You’ll play a pivotal role in building a data driven workforce planning capability, turning complex, fragmented data into meaningful insight that directly supports strategic decision making. This role suits someone who is credible at senior level, comfortable challenging and influencing, and motivated by driving change.
