Perform Method 21 Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) monitoring, Management of Change (MOC) evaluations, and leak rechecks at a variety of industrial facilities across the Greater Houston area. Provide responsive on-site support and cross-location assistance based on operational demand. Uphold the highest standards of integrity in monitoring practices and documentation to ensure accuracy, transparency, and regulatory compliance. Demonstrate unwavering punctuality and dependability, directly contributing to operational efficiency and sustained client satisfaction. Pay is $21/hr. Responsibilities for the Lead Technician positions: - Daily Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) - Component monitoring - Inventory maintenance - Emission reduction - Repair activities at customer work sites required to comply with Federal, State and/or local fugitive air emission regulations. - Monitoring and troubleshooting the TVA - Calibration of TVA (entering data into handheld & in calibration book) - Perform comparative audits as directed by supervisor - Performing drift assessments (entering data into calibration book) - Precision calibrations (performing & documenting proper paperwork) - Documenting chang...
