Job Summary The Financial Analyst reports directly to the VP of Financial Planning and Data Analytics and supports financial planning, budgeting, and reporting functions by analyzing financial data and delivering actionable insights. This role partners with leadership to ensure accurate reporting, monitor performance, and support strategic decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, statements, and performance metrics - Utilize accounting and budgeting systems to develop reports, streamline workflows, and improve data accuracy - Review financial data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards - Develop ad hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders - Prepare and post monthly journal entries for statistical and financial accounts - Assist in the annual budgeting process by collaborating with department leaders to gather inputs and ensure alignment with organizational goals - Analyze financial results, monitor variances, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations - Support audits, surveys, and other financial reporting requirements - Con...
