As a Revenue Growth Manager (gn) you will define and drive the pricing strategy across our B2B business. You will establish pricing and trade term frameworks, set clear guardrails for commercial decisions, and ensure a consistent and scalable approach to how we invest and grow. You will work closely with Key Account Managers, Finance and Commercial Steering to enable fact-based decisions and drive profitable growth. Your mission: - You define and further develop pricing and trade term structures across brands, channels, and customers in Germany and internationally - You set and enforce commercial guardrails (e.g. discount levels, trade terms, promo rules) to ensure margin discipline - You develop and steer annual negotiations, including frameworks, targets, and offer structures - You drive trade spend strategy and effectiveness and define how investments are allocated across discounts, promotions, and displays - You define clear rules for promotional activities (depth, frequency, mechanics) to support value-driven growth - Yo...
