The incumbent will report to VP Quality & Regulatory Affairs and has primary responsibility for assessing and monitoring LSC related issues. Success in this role requires active knowledge and utilization of Life Safety Code and Health Care Facilities Code (NFPA 101 and 99), effective workflow and workload management, and working knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements with focus on timeliness, thoroughness, and accuracy. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or fire safety engineering OR Five (5) years of life safety experience. EXPERIENCE: 1. Three (3) years' experience in providing Life Safety Code Building Assessments in a healthcare setting utilizing NFPA's Life Safety Code NFPA 101 (2012 ed) and its reference manuals 2 .
