Job Overview: The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on the Neuro Floor provides direct patient care to individuals with neurological conditions, including but not limited to stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injuries, and other neurological disorders. This role involves assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitoring patient status, and supporting the nursing team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. CNAs on the Neuro Floor play a critical role in promoting patient safety, comfort, and rehabilitation progress. Qualifications/Education: Compensation: Hourly Range - $18.00-$27.00 Incentives: Eligible for evening/night, weekend shift incentive based on company policies and applicable job codes.
