Job description

This position may qualify for a sign-on bonus. Full Time, Days: Directs related patient care activities of a nursing unit or multiple nursing units. This includes but not limited to: Insuring staff competency, effective and safe processes in the delivery of care, building collaborative working relationship with other discipline and the medical staff, preparation and implementation of fiscal responsibilities including budget and productivity, initiate or collaborate with hospital and medical staff in performance improvement, Insures adherence to Tenet Standards of Conduct and continuous enhancement of quality and patient experience. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Education: Associate Degree. BSN preferred Minimum Experience: 3 years of experience as charge nurse Required Certification: BLS, ACLS Required Licensure: Valid Texas RN license.
