The Guest Services Attendant plays a key role in delivering an outstanding golf experience in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. This position requires the ability to multitask, stay organized under pressure, and provide excellent customer service while supporting daily golf operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist golfers promptly during busy peak times Manage bag drop, bag storage, and quick turnaround of golf bags Clean, stage, and rotate golf carts efficiently to meet continuous demand Support starters and marshals to keep play moving smoothly Maintain practice facilities while managing multiple tasks at once Respond quickly to guest needs, questions, and requests Assist with tournaments and high-volume events Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest service areas at all times Fast-Paced Work Environment Expectations: Ability to pri...
