Overview The Marketing & Communications Intern will support the Communications team in executing day‑to‑day marketing, branding, and internal/external communication initiatives for Shimmick and Axia Electric. This role is designed for a student looking to gain hands‑on experience in social media management, content creation, brand development, and corporate communications within a fast‑paced environment. This position will be required to be onsite in our Irvine, CA office. Shimmick has a long history of completing complex water projects, ranging from the world’s largest wastewater recycling and purification system in California to the record-setting Hoover Dam. In 2021, we began a transformation to re-envision our strategy to meet the nation’s growing need for water and other critical infrastructure.
