POSITION TITLE: Buildings and Grounds Maintenance REPORTS TO: Maintenance Superintendent/Supervisor/Leadman: SUMMARY: Perform preventative maintenance such as: cleaning, grease/oil machines, regular inspections DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Practice safe work habits at all times. Responsible for the lubrication of corrugating equipment with daily functions including the following: Use various specialized machinery and safety equipment such as ladders, boom or scissor lift to access high areas. Ensure the grounds and facility are clean and professional at all times Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties Follow up all work in order to ensure repairs and work are performed properly. Help with building maintenance such as: painting, concrete patch, lightbulbs replacements, and minor plumbing Complete all paperwork neatly, correctly, and in accordance with Company guidelines.
