Job description

This is a product leader role on the Portfolio Services & Insights team in our Personal Wealth, Advice & Wealth Digital Product organization. This role will lead our Advice data products and strategy in partnership with Technology, Risk, Compliance, users, and other stakeholders. It's an exciting and visible opportunity to drive the strategic data agenda to transform the crew and client experience, ensuring we're meeting their needs today and as they evolve in the future Responsibilities: Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures. Oversees digital product management activities for multiple digital products, or one strategic product, with cross-divisional impact. Influences and collaborates with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience.
