We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Workshop Manager for our Exeter depot, supporting a fleet of over 160 vehicles across the southwest. As Workshop Manager, you’ll play a central role in ensuring our fleet is clean, safe, and road‑ready, while supporting the ongoing development of the workshop as our fleet evolves, including the introduction of electric vehicles and associated depot infrastructure.
