POSITION OVERVIEW: The Partnership Growth and Marketing Manager supports and scales the Joint Venture (JV) channel by driving growth through strategic onboarding, recruiting support, marketing initiatives, and retention efforts. This is a highly cross-functional role that partners closely with JV leaders and internal teams to improve capture rate, increase production, and enhance the overall partner and loan officer experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES, include the following responsibilities, but not limited to: - Lead Partner directly with JV leaders to identify and execute growth opportunities across each joint venture. - Drive initiatives that improve capture rate, production, and overall JV performance. - Analyze performance gaps and implement strategies to increase volume and retention. - Lead onboarding strategy for new loan officers and JV partners. - Develop and refine onboarding processes to accelerate productivity and integration. - Support recruiting efforts by effectively positioning the value of the JV platform. - Partner with leadership to identify, attract, and engage top talent. - Monitor loan officer satisfaction and proactively address retention risks...
