Job description
Performs radiologic exams and procedures. Provides patient privacy and confidentiality. Ensures patient care is performed in an efficient manner, meeting standards consistent with infection control policies and OLOLRMC Standards for Service Excellence. Responsible for the safe operation of radiologic equipment utilized in patient care and maintains current knowledge of the operation of any equipment used. Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital serves as the main campus and central hub for Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Health state-wide network of pediatric healthcare. The hospital is home to an expanded St. Jude Affiliate Clinic and the only pediatric emergency room in Louisiana staffed 24/7 by physicians certified in pediatric emergency medicine. It’s also home to one of only two dedicated pediatric trauma programs in Louisiana.
