Integrated Behavioral Technologies, Inc/The K.I.D.S. Place - McLouth, Kansas Integrated Behavioral Technologies, Inc. (IBT) is a group of caring individuals whose goal is to provide children and their families with the behavioral therapy services they need to succeed. We are a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that serves children across the state of Kansas with a focus on rural and low-income areas. IBT is currently seeking a full-time Early Childhood Education Teacher for the Preschool/School-Age room at The K.I.D.S. Place, IBT’s early learning and child care center in McLouth, Kansas. The K.I.D.S. Place provides a nurturing environment which supports children’s social, emotional, physical and cognitive needs, offering care to children ages 2-weeks up to 14 years. Duties and Responsibilities: Implementing Lesson plans: Our teachers design lesson plans that target the developmental goals of every child in their classroom. Lesson plans should be active, inventive, and effective in reaching developmental benchmarks and having fun while learning.
