Job Description: This role, based in our HQ in Aimargues, is responsible for definition and deployment of European to digitalize the E2E Vet reco model: e-recommendation / e-conversion and e-retention. More specifically the role: What will be your key responsibilities? - Decodifies European needs and opportunities in Vet Ecosystem in collaboration with markets - Defines and shape European digital R2C strategy and adoption plan - Influence global stakeholders to secure that Eu needs and strategy are prioritized and considered in global platforms development and deployment. E-RECO: - Defines EU Priorities to influence Global Roadmap Creation - Collaborates with Global Core team in Vet Digital strategy definition - Owns KPI definition and monitoring - Defines Feature prioritization for Global DT, Follow up on developments, Leads and support tests with local units - Lead Vet Service Community, Define & Support business Activation in clusters, Support when issues, CONVERTION & RETENTION: - Is responsible for EU IVO Mapping & Assessment (always on) making sure Digital Factory develops links with E-Recommendation - Identifies and define the best strategy and digital solutions to e-convert...
