Position Summary: The Senior HR Generalist – Employee Relations & Development plays a key role in supporting the organization through strategic and hands-on human resources support. This position focuses on employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and HR compliance while partnering closely with managers to foster a positive and productive work environment. The role also leads HR training initiatives, manages the Learning Management System (LMS), and supports organizational development efforts that align with business objectives.
