Crispelli’s Bakery is a growing retail and wholesale bakery looking for a daytime dough shaper. We specialize in artisan style breads and pastries including naturally leavened hearth bread, pan breads, rolls, viennoiserie, cookies, quiche, and more. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about the craft of artisan baking, being part of a close-knit team, and continuously learning and improving their skillset. Previous experience is preferred, but training on the job will be provided. Our bench position performs all of the tasks necessary to ensure that our dough is divided, shaped, fermented, and baked properly. They produce various breads including french, ciabatta, rye and more-all in an artisan setting using traditional techniques. Primary Shifts: 8am-4pm 5 shifts per week Scheduling: Flexible schedule is preferred with weekend and holiday availability.
