Transaction Analyst London, United Kingdom Permanent Hybrid 37.5 hours per week About the Role: We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Transaction Analyst to join our team in London. You will support a team of managers in handling a portfolio of transactions, with a focus on company secretarial duties, administrative tasks, and transaction management. This role primarily involves working with structured finance and securitisation activities. Key Responsibilities: Transaction Management: - Assist Governance and Transaction Managers in managing a portfolio of securitisation and structured finance transactions, covering asset classes such as CMBS, RMBS, consumer credit, CLOs, and auto receivables. - Serve as a key point of contact for clients and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. - Maintain a client-focused approach by providing timely responses, professional communication, and proactive issue resolution. - Apply for LEIs, GIINs, and data protection licences. - Draft service agreements, fee letters, and supporting documents. - Prepare bank account opening forms and provide KYC information for special purpose vehicles (SPVs). - Support managers in trans...
