As a Representative – Outside Sales, you will be responsible for driving new business development while growing existing customer relationships. You will identify and develop new prospects, promote safety solutions , and work with assigned customers to increase sales and profit across the company’s products and services. Your role will focus heavily on face-to-face selling , consultative account management, and uncovering opportunities where safety improvements can reduce risk, improve compliance, and add value for customers. You will engage with all levels of customer organizations, including technical, operations, safety, supply chain, and executive management . Responsibilities: Qualifications: Working Environment: Outside Sales – Work is generally performed in an office environment, but employee may need to travel to customer sites or warehouse facilities. Driving may be required for an extended period of time with frequent stops and starts.
