Performs minor electrical repairs, including testing and repairing fixtures and installing or replacing receptacles. Checks and maintains HVAC systems, including thermostat replacement, bleeding baseboard water circuits, replacing filters, and relighting pilot lights. Completes general carpentry tasks such as installing pre‑hung doors, mitering corners, replacing moldings, and repairing drywall.
