A Brief Overview: The Clinical Patient Services Representative will perform administrative duties to support the clinical needs of the patient. The CPSR is responsible for making every effort to provide first call resolution for patients of Tidelands Health. This will be achieved by collaborating with the care team and ensuring timely response to all requests (within 24 business hours). This role will require strong communication skills and excellent customer service. The CPSR will maintain efficient and concise documentation of all patient interactions.
