Patient Service Center Float Phlebotomists work in multiple Patient Service Centers (PSCs) staffed by Beth Israel Lahey Health Phlebotomy Services, as needs arise, to: (a) cover for PSC Phlebotomists' Paid Time Off, other absences, and FLMAs, (b) cover for vacant PSC Phlebotomist positions, (c) reduce patient wait times in PSCs that have longer wait times than desirable, and (d) facilitate the opening of new lab Patient Service Centers. As a Float Phlebotomist, you will have the opportunity to gain a vast amount of experience, working with a variety of patients, team members, and health care providers.
