Job Description Production Supervisor - New Berlin, WI Job Description: The purpose of this position is to provide communication, guidance, and coaching for all production personnel. Execute operational plans that meet or exceed goals, continually improve people, products, processes, and production efficiencies while optimizing cost. Ensure that people and product safety are first and foremost. Working Relationships: Production Supervisors work collaboratively with Production, Quality, Safety, and Maintenance people on the plant floor to ensure engagement. This position reports directly to the Plant Superintendent and understands all aspects of plant operations and systems. Must obtain and maintain Leadership, HACCP Training, and Continuous Improvement Systems and Tools. Authority: Plant Supervisor has the authority to modify work schedules, approve OT, sick, and vacation time in partnership with Plant Superintendent and Human Resources. Provides performance coaching to ensure company policies and procedures are applied evenly and actively followed.
