FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Mon-Fri Position Summary: The Director of Compliance Program Administration is responsible for the implementation of the comprehensive compliance program. The role will advise leaders and team members on regulatory matters while supporting business enablement and value creation. The leader will ensure that all activities demonstrate an effective compliance program and utilize a predictive approach to risk management. Essential Functions: 1. Develop and execute compliance program activities to include policy management, training and education and hotline management. 2. Oversee the compliance program risk assessment process.
