Position Responsibilities: Integrated, Multi‑Product Marketing Planning: Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities across Business Unit marketing plans and recommend data‑driven adjustments to improve outcomes. Guide integrated planning and budgeting processes to ensure consistency, clarity, and efficiency across the Marketing organization. Drive continuous improvement of integrated marketing planning capabilities, tools, and workflows. Budget Management, Optimization & Performance Oversight Monitor marketing spend and performance against forecasts and develop holistic weekly reporting for Marketing and cross‑functional leadership.
