Work Place Flexibility: Hybrid Legal Entity: Entergy Services, LLC: **Position can be filled as an Analyst II, III or Senior depending on the education and experience of the selected candidate. ** Job Summary/Purpose: Responsible for development and implementation of processes required to ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations. Job Duties/Responsibilities: - Support implementation and compliance in support of nuclear power stations of air and water discharge permits, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure, Waste Management (Hazardous, Non-hazardous, universal, etc.), Toxic Substances Control Act, Resource Conservation & Recovery Act, Green House Gas, Tier II. - Provide general environmental regulatory compliance in support of nuclear power stations, including participation in conducting of regulatory compliance audits and delivery of compliance training to target audiences. - Become certified operator for Water and Wastewater treatment. - Conduct ecological and environmental impact evaluations. - Interface with needed regulatory agencies to ensure proper permitting. - Provide oversight for outside vendors in completing...
