The Imaging Services Representative responds to internal and external requests for exam results and prepares images for doctor or patient requests. The incumbent provides oversight in regards to prioritization of image interpretations, first line support for imaging informatics troubleshooting, and also resolves specific issues relevant to patient care internally and externally. This position is not responsible for providing direct patient care.
