About the Role As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Medication Technician, you provide essential clinical and medication support while ensuring residents’ safety and well-being. Key Responsibilities: - Measure and record vital signs - Assist with basic medical care and procedures - Administer medications per protocol - Support nurses and maintain documentation Qualifications: - Valid CNA and/or CMA certification (as required by local regulations) - Basic medical knowledge and patient care skills - Experience in assisted living, nursing home, or hospital preferred - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to follow clinical protocols and compliance standards - Good communication and teamwork skills
