Carter Machinery Company, the authorized Caterpillar dealer serving Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Washington D.C. is hiring a Social Media Manager in Richmond, Virginia. The Social Media Manager owns Carter's presence across all platforms — building strategy, driving content, and translating what's trending in culture into what's relevant for our brand and our customers. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: - Strategy Development: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall business goals, including thought leadership and full online presence ownership. You bring the ideas — and the plan to execute them. - Content: Ideate, create, curate, schedule, and post fresh, platform-native content across multiple channels and audiences. You know what works on each platform and why.
