Job Summary Position is responsible for implementing and accessing the regional Safety, Health and Environmental compliance efforts and contributing to strengthening ergonomic programs that guide manufacturing, engineering and ergonomic objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assess Safety & Environmental Performance data and tracks consolidated plant metrics. Technical SME for Health and Safety Programs to provide continuous improvement to the operation. Analyzes injury trend related data for the ergonomic trends. Implements organizational safety, health and environmental standards to ensure a safe, healthy and environmentally compliant working environment. Creates and executes regular inspection to ensure compliance to laws and DENSO standards at both the local and North American regional level. Develops written reports detailing the compliance status of sites within the North American region. Servers as a liaison for internal departments and outside agencies. Partners with others on special projects as assigned by leadership Ability to travel 25% - 50%.
