JOB TITLE: Crisis Clinician: EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time: SCHEDULED HOURS: TBD, some flexibility: PROGRAM: MCRT, Windsor, CT: PC#: 2577: ABOUT THE PROGRAM: MOBILE CRISIS RESPONSE TEAM: Our Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) rapidly responds 24/7 to requests for crisis interventions in the community. Referral sources include health care providers, family members, self-referral, police and other community member. Tasks include telephone triage, mobile crisis assessments, risk assessments, de-escalation, safety planning, working with EMS as needed, facilitating referrals to emergency department, community mental/substance abuse treatment and other linkages in the community.
