The Role In your role as Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth through the proactive acquisition of new clients and the development of strategic long-term partnerships. Operating at the front end of Ingenuity’s product development lifecycle, you will identify, qualify, and develop advanced technology product opportunities aligned with our Ideal Client Profile. Your primary focus is pipeline creation, opportunity qualification, and meaningful market engagement that supports sustainable revenue growth. You will represent Ingenuity confidently within the market by initiating new conversations, strengthening brand presence, and positioning the organisation as a trusted thought leader in advanced technology product development. Working closely with the Marketing team and internal subject matter experts, you will convert early-stage engagement into well-defined, commercially sound development programs.
