Data Reporting Analyst

Job description

The Data Reporting Analyst is responsible for the creation and distribution of regularly scheduled financial reports (e.g. billing, revenue, and statistical) within the Firm. This includes both scheduled and ad hoc reporting, with the goal of increased transparency and usability throughout the Firm. The Data Reporting Analyst will be required to work across all levels of Firm personnel and collaborate across administrative groups (within Accounting and outside of the department). ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and distribute monthly, quarterly and annual billing related financial reports centering on, but not limited to, billing, revenue, and various financial statistics. Assist management with the creation and distribution of report requests as needed. Ability to manage a large volume of reporting requests and reporting schedules. Develop and modify reports using 3E, Microsoft SSRS Report Builder, Ideate Dashboard, Microsoft Power BI Desktop, and other reporting software.
