As a Sr Human Resource Generalist , you’ll serve as a trusted HR advisor, providing both strategic and hands-on support to leaders and employees across the organization. You’ll help drive talent initiatives, strengthen our culture, and ensure a consistent, high-quality employee experience. What you’ll do: Conduct new hire orientation and any other necessary on-boarding activities Support employee engagement wide initiatives: Provide administrative support including record keeping, file maintenance and HRTS entry Strives to ensure that there is strong communication of all employee programs in an effort to increase employee engagement and morale.
