Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Management: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of Miss J’s Café, ensuring smooth service and food preparation. - Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and overall ambiance in the café. - Ensure that the café meets all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. - Monitor kitchen and dining room performance to ensure high-quality food and service are consistently delivered. 2.
