Job Summary: The Medical Assistant (MA) supports the daily operations of the outpatient clinic by assisting providers with patient care, performing routine clinical and administrative duties, and ensuring an efficient and welcoming environment for patients. Working under the supervision of a licensed medical provider, the MA helps prepare patients for examinations, collects and documents medical information, performs basic clinical procedures, and assists with scheduling, records management, and other clinic operations while maintaining compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
