We’re seeking an experienced Purchasing Officer to join our growing Accounts Payable team in Paget. About Us: De Goey Contractors (DGC) provides specialist services in fabrication, protective coating, process piping, manufacturing, and labour hire. Our experienced team supports a wide range of coal mining, terminal maintenance, and port maintenance projects with a strong focus on quality, safety, and performance. The Role: This is a full-time office based position with an immediate start available. You will be responsible for: - Onboarding and maintaining supplier relationships, source and negotiate pricing agreements - Complete purchasing procedures to company guidelines; issuing and receipting purchase orders - Overseeing DGC’s supplier management systems - Support procurement and purchasing processes across the business - Assisting with accounts payable procedures and providing support as required - Communicate with various site managers regarding purchasing requirements - Experience and knowledge of mining/maintenance industry preferred What You’ll Bring: - Expe...
