Job description

Your main responsibilities: -Manage and deliver assigned projects in the International Sellers segment and actively contribute to high-level project planning. Provide data-driven insights to define roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation. -Monitor project health to identify, report, and mitigate risks and bottlenecks before they impact delivery. -Execute complex initiatives focused on seller experience improvement and growth based on their blockers. Ensure all tasks align with established project management methodologies and quality standards. -Maintain and evolve team reporting frameworks. Derive actionable insights from key seller performance metrics to guide decision-making. -Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and operational alignment across departments. -Oversee the organization of critical project assets, including roadmaps, progress reports, and action logs, ensuring a "single source of truth" for the team.
