Working Student Industrialization (m/f/d)

Job description

Your mission: - Assist in analyzing production flow (e.g. composites, trimming, painting, assembly) and help implement improvements for ergonomics, quality and efficiency - Help maintain and improve work instructions and production documentation in collaboration with engineers - Support continuous improvement topics and shopfloor problem solving (data collection, root-cause support, follow-ups) - Create and modify 3D CAD models and drawings in 3DEXPERIENCE/CATIA, supporting tool and jig design as well as data management within the PLM system - Operate and maintain 3D printers (e.g. prepare print jobs, basic troubleshooting, post-processing) for tooling, fixtures and prototype parts - Support the team in Jira and Confluence for task tracking, action management and documentation Your profile: What you bring as a perfect candidate - Enrolled student in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Production/Manufacturing Engineering or a related field for at least 2 more semesters - Interest in industrialization, lean manufacturing and working in a hands-on shopfloor environment - First experience with CAD/PLM tools (ideally CATIA / 3DEXPERIENCE) and/or 3D pr...
